Beaver Cove Take the Kokajo road (North Main Street) from Greenville. Turn left at Beaver Cove. Lily Bay State Park, town office. Beaver Cove has recently been established (in 1975) and has a short history. Kokajo - Take the Kokajo Road (North Main St) from Greenville. Kokajo has a history dating back to the first half of the 1800's. Several old buildings remain such as an old store. The remains of several farms such as the Grant Farm can be found on this side of the lake, however none operate as farms. Some have become vacation homes, others are simply abandoned.
